This is how much money will go to the military in the U.S. 2012 discretionary budget and how much will go to other human and national needs
In reading this, remember the Gospel text: "Where your treasure is, there your heart is also." (Matthew 6:21) In other words your budget reveals your values; it shows where your heart really is.
Think of alternative ways to allocate these monies and how it would affect life in the USA.
